#Photo-Africa with Victor Adewale: Lagos and her 24hour Mysteries

The ambiguities of Lagos are fitted though slackly into her ability to be two things at once. These mysteries are fed to buoyancy by questions like the popular “How does a city manage to stay so alive?”

We find during the day, a Lagos that is animate, so energetic and we find the case to be the same at night too.

On Photo- Africa today is a depiction of Lagos and her mysteries, two photos that  illustrate day and night in Lagos and attempts at emphasizing the similarities between them.

Two toddlers and a middle aged man glancing at the headlines on newspapers (The daytime shot)

A Lagos Taxi driver (Because the most beautiful cars become cabs at night) beckoning a passenger (The Nighttime shot)

Photo-Africa is a First Culture series with popular photographer, Victor Adewale geared at redefining Africa through the lenses
